Price

All prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes, shipping and delivery charges are extra. bornedecharge.ca or ev-chargers.ca may change the price of the products offered on their websites at any time, without notice.

Delivery

Delivery almost anywhere in Canada. Certain restrictions may apply. Note that we may adjust the fees for northern destinations (accessible by air only). You will be contacted to accept these charges before shipping. Some large volume or high weight products (eg pedestals) have a postal overload which remains even if the order doesn’t indicate transport costs.

It is also possible to process your order expressly by contacting us at 438 928-8766. Additional fees apply.

There is NO delivery charge that applies when you choose the option to pick up via our drop off point.

Delivery delay

Normally, when the product is in stock, the order is processed within 48 hours and delivery times vary between one or two working days depending on the delivery address. If one of the products is out of stock or pre-order, we wait until your order is complete before shipping it, which can cause additional delays. One of our advisers will contact you to advise you of the delays.

Shipping restrictions

Canada: Items from the bornedecharge.ca or ev-chargers.ca store are shipped almost across the country.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible via our email sales@ev-chargers.ca or by phone at 438-928-8766. For orders that are canceled after we have shipped, please refer to the following “Return” section.

Please note that the following costs will not be refunded upon cancellation:

• 6% fee for orders paid by credit card (3% for purchase and 3% for refund)

Return

If you are not satisfied with a product, contact us to let us know via sales@ev-chargers.ca or by phone at 438-928-8766. You can then return the product in its original packaging and condition within 30 days of receipt to receive a refund.

Note that the following costs will not be reimbursed for a return:

• the initial shipping and handling costs
• the return costs if they are paid by us
• 6% fee for orders paid by credit card (3% for purchase and 3% for refund)

The refund will only be made once the product has been received and accepted by our customer service. It is important to enter your personal details (name, address, phone number and / or email address) so that we can easily contact you if necessary.

bornedecharge.ca / ev-chargers.ca cannot be held responsible for loss or damage suffered during a return of merchandise. It is therefore imperative to entrust your shipment to a trusted carrier.

Exchange

For an exchange or a credit note, contact us to let us know via sales@ev-chargers.ca or by phone at 438-928-8766. You will then be able to return the product in its packaging and in its original condition within 60 days of receipt in order to receive a refund or an extra to pay depending on the exchange product chosen. Clearance items with a discount greater than 15% will be considered final sale.

If the product does not suit you (which is not an error by the Ev-chargers.ca team), please note that the following costs will not be reimbursed during an exchange:

• the return costs if they are paid by us
• return and handling charges
• a fee of 3% of the amount refunded for orders paid by credit card (if there is a refund)

Guarantee

Each supplier has their own refund, replacement or repair policies, the most effective way is to contact us by email at sales@ev-chargers.ca sending a photo first with a short description of the problem. A member of our team will then assess everything on a case-by-case basis and will contact you as soon as possible.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, bornedecharge.ca / ev-chargers.ca may be used by individuals or for commercial purposes. The display, use or download of any element of the site for commercial purposes is therefore prohibited. It is also prohibited to reproduce any element of the site, in any way and in any form whatsoever, without written authorization from WattSun Innovations Inc.
